Apparently we had…

…A large earthquake here today (this afternoon) it was about 6.? which is a no joke quake. We are all good here. It was centered in the lower North Island, not far from here but highlights how many fault lines there are in this part of the world, to be that close and not feel it. I was out paddling at the time and didn’t have to paddle for my life with a big wave chasing me down… thank goodness.

We have been relatively quiet for a while quake-wise, makes you wonder hmmm

Nonetheless we are fine, life carries on here. Glad i don’t sell home & contents insurance though.
